Each card is officially licensed, illustrated by a human artist, and produced with premium finishing.

Every release becomes a File in the Oaths & Obsessions collection.

Yes. Always.

Every single release is produced under an official agreement with the author, publisher, or rights holder.

We believe creators deserve to be celebrated and fairly compensated, which is why every collaboration we do includes royalties. We do not create unlicensed merchandise. We respect authors and their work far too much for that.

The final illustration and text are reviewed and approved by the author (or publisher) before printing to ensure the File honours the story and the characters properly.

All artwork is illustrated by human artists only, never AI.

Each File is a limited edition collectible card created to honour the characters and stories we can’t stop obsessing over.

Every card is:

• Officially licensed
• Illustrated by a human artist
• Printed on 700 GSM soft-touch cardstock
• Finished with foil detailing and painted edges

Each main character of a book receives their own File.

Our releases are produced using a preorder model.

This means the preorder window determines how many Files are printed. Once the preorder window closes, production begins.

Because of this, additional copies cannot usually be added later. Occasionally, a very small amount of overstock may become available, but this is not guaranteed and often sells out quickly.

Yes. Up to three sets per order are permitted to help international customers reduce shipping costs.

No. Once a File sells out, it is permanently archived and will not be printed again.

Occasionally, very small amounts of overstock may be available during the preorder window for a new release. These are leftover copies from previous production runs.

Once the preorder window closes, any remaining overstock is archived as well.

When a new preorder opens, any available overstock from previous releases may be added to the shop alongside the current release.

Overstock is extremely limited and available only while the preorder window is open. Once the preorder closes, any remaining copies are archived until the next preorder opens.

Production typically takes 6–8 weeks after the preorder window closes.

This includes illustration, proofing, printing, and finishing.

Every stage is carefully managed to ensure the final result feels worthy of the characters it represents.

All orders ship from the United Kingdom with worldwide delivery.

UK: usually 3–5 working days
International: typically 1–3 weeks depending on customs

Tracking details are provided once your order ships.

Some countries charge VAT or customs duties on imported goods. These fees are determined by your local government and are the buyer’s responsibility.

The Oaths & Obsessions 3-Deck Bundle includes three consecutive monthly drops, prepaid in advance and shipped together.

This is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically.

How It Works

• This is a prepaid 3-month bundle.
• You are charged once at checkout.
• There is no automatic renewal.
• You may request one skip per bundle term, by emailing hello@oathsandobsessions.com.
• At the end of the three drops (or fourth month if a skip is used), all three releases are shipped together in one parcel.

Shipping occurs once three drops have been completed.

Skips

You may request one skip per bundle term.

Requests must be submitted during the active preorder window for the relevant monthly drop.
Once the preorder window closes, we cannot guarantee changes can be made.

Include your book details and we’ll be happy to review it.

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll investigate the issue.

If a replacement File is issued, you may be asked to destroy the original.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our releases, cancellations are not possible once the preorder window closes.

Because our products are made-to-order, returns are only accepted if the item is defective or damaged during shipping.

Please contact us before returning anything.
