Return & Cancellation Policy

Preorders (Oaths & Obsessions and Boyfriends & Obsessions card decks)

All card decks are produced in limited print runs based on demand during each preorder window. Because items are ordered from our printer only after a preorder window closes, please choose carefully before placing your order.

Customers in the European Union

Under EU Directive 2023/2673 and the Consumer Rights Directive, customers in the EU have a statutory right to:

  • Cancel your order at any time before it has shipped, even after the preorder window has closed, as long as your order hasn't yet been dispatched.
  • Return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason, for a full refund.

To cancel or return, use the "Request a return or cancellation" option in your customer account or order confirmation email. You'll need to confirm your name and order details. We'll send you an automatic confirmation once your request is received.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. Refunds are issued to your original payment method once we've received and processed your return.

Customers outside the European Union (including UK, US, and all other regions)

All preorder decks are made to order based on the preorder window and cannot be cancelled once that window has closed. Because of this, we're unable to offer cancellations or returns on preorder items outside of the EU, except in the case of faulty, damaged, or misprinted items. Please contact us directly and we'll sort it out.

Boyfriends & Obsessions Subscription

You can skip as many months as you like, but not more than two months in a row. After two consecutive skips, your next box will need to be charged and shipped as normal - you won't be able to skip a third month in a row. If you don't want that third box, you'll need to cancel your subscription before it processes.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelling stops all future renewals, but it does not refund any box you've already been charged for, including the current box if it hasn't shipped yet.

If you're in the EU and the current box hasn't yet shipped at the time you cancel, you may also be entitled to a refund for that box under your cancellation rights above. Contact us if this applies to you.
