You may cancel or skip before your renewal date. Once a renewal charge has processed, it cannot be refunded.

We will always announce the author and the book we feature, as well as show the front of the cards, before renewal.

Customs & Import Fees
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please ensure you check your email (including spam/junk folders) for customs payment notifications from Royal Mail to avoid delivery delays or returns. Unpaid customs fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by the courier. Returned orders will be refunded for the item price only.
